1.      DELIVERY & SHIPPING

SHIPPING CHARGES

We ship to all countries WORLDWIDE.

The shipping is free for all the orders, no extra charges.

LEAD TERM

In Stock items

In stock items are dispatched within 72 hours of cleared payment on business days.

Made to order items

All items purchased made to order take on average 7-30 days to manufacture these items unless specifically indicated differently on the item page. Manufacture of your item will begin immediately after cleared payment. Items will be dispatch within 48 hours on business days after manufacturing is complete. 

SHIPPING TERM

All items are dispatched using express couriers, such as but not limited to DHL/FEDEX/UPS/EMS. Delivery times vary between 3-15 days worldwide.

DELIVERY POLICY

In the event nobody is home when our courier attempts to delivery your item a notification shall be left to re-arrange delivery. If delivery is missed again and the item is returned back to us you will be liable to pay delivery charges again. 

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

For all deliveries, if any taxes and custom fees occurs, they will be at the customer’s expense, and will be asked for at the time of the delivery. (The amount will be calculated once the goods arrive in customs).

Woo Lighting does not manage the tax refund. You can either contact the customs directly or have the delivery made to the asked address.

In this case, the invoice will be included with the parcel and a copy of the invoice will also be available in the customer’s account on the website.

2.      ORDERING & PAYMENT

2.1   How do I order online?

If you would like to purchase a product, click on the “add to cart” button to add it to your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you like to your shopping cart, and edit the quantities and products by clicking on “view cart” button in the top right hand corner of the page. When you would like to proceed to payment, click on the check out button to finalize your purchase order.

What happens after I place an order?

1)      You receive an email confirmation with order details.

2)      If there are any problems with your order (i.e. item out of stock) then we will contact you ASAP.

3)      After the order is processed and dispatched (within 48-72 hours), you can request an email with tracking information.

2.2   What payment options do you accept?

We accept Credit and Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal (what is PayPal?) and direct bank deposit payments via our secure checkout page.

2.3   What happens if item is out of stock?

In the unlikely event where an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately of the status of the product and expected time of arrival. You will then be eligible for our in stock guarantee which offers you the options of an on the spot refund or discount on the order if you are happy to wait. 

3.      RETURN & REFUND POLICY

3.1   Can I get a refund if I am not happy? Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our product. Please refer to our guarantee page to see our full return policy.

Woo Lighting offers a refund (excluding our outbound shipping cost, equal to 20% of your purchase amount) or exchange for change of mind purchases within a 14 day period with proof of purchase (website order confirmation email or invoice).

To initiate the return process, please send an e-mail to sale@woo-lighting.com, clearly stating your situation and specifying the product(s) you would like to return.

Please note:

1. Products that have been installed cannot be returned for a change of mind refund / exchange. Products that have been used or installed cannot be returned for a change of mind refund / exchange. Products must be in its original box and in a resaleable condition. Customer pays for return shipping and is responsible for its safe arrival back to our warehouse.

2. All returned items, must be sent via a registered and insured shipping service that requires signature on delivery (eg. USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL etc). Products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in color/finish and scale of the image. Must be returned within 14 days period of receiving the order.

3. Custom (made to order items) must be paid for in full at time of ordering and amount of deposit paid cannot be refunded for change of mind. Full balance must be paid prior to dispatch of custom order and full amount cannot be refunded or credited due to change of mind.

To the extent permitted by law, Woo Lighting:

limits its obligations and liability for the repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of any goods to its obligations under the Act;

is not liable for any contingent, consequential or punitive damages arising in way whatsoever in relation to the use of any goods; and

is not liable for any claim, loss or expense incurred by any person resulting from the delivery, non-delivery or return of any goods.

3.2  Warranty Policy

3.2.1 How long is your warranty?

All products on Woo Lighting come with a full 12 month manufacturer warranty.

3.2.2 What do I do if I have a problem?

We are committed to the quality of all our products and providing top class customer service.

If your lights arrive or show signs of damage or fault within the warranty period, please email us at sale@woo-lighting.com and provide:

1. A detailed description of the damage or fault; and

2. Photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault.

We will respond within 24-48 hours.

4.     PRIVACY POLICY

Woo Lighting do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies

Data collected by this site is used to:

Prices displayed are subject to final approval at the time of order fulfillment.
